Casstyle® Insect Screens
Applications For all environments where exclusion of insects is necessary - Food preparation facilities such as kitchens in restaurants, hotels, hospitals, schools, colleges, public houses, and canteens in commercial and industrial facilities. Screens may be used for doors and windows.
DESCRIPTION
Screens are available fixed, hinged, removable, both horizontal and vertical sliding and as Casstyle® roller screens.
Composition, manufacture The screen component is of glass fibre mesh. Fixed panel and hinged screens are of powder coated aluminium.
Removable screens are of similar construction and held in place by turn buttons or magnetic tapes.
Vertical and horizontal sliding screens comprise 2 units mounted within double channel sliding guides and adjustable side channels. The horizontal sliding version is mounted on nylon wheel carriages with adjustable spring loaded brake units.
Appearance Screen mesh is available in grey. Casstyle® roller screen components are available white, brown or black. Surround frame elements of fixed, hinged, removable and sliding screens are available in white only.

Chain Screens
Applications Chain screens form an alternative to insect screens for all environments where the exclusion of insects and birds is required - primarily in food retail and preparation facilities. They form a physical barrier that does not move easily in an air current and they can be simply fitted in both door and window spaces where traditional insect screens may be too obstructive.
DESCRIPTION
Composition, manufacture Chain screens comprise supported lengths of aluminium chain spaced at 78 chains per metre, hung from an aluminium rail. The aluminium used is fully anodised thus affording a colour fast and rust proof screen that is easy to clean. Link reinforcement is available for larger commercial screens. The rail is easily mounted by simply hanging on brackets above the opening. Appearance Standard colours are, black, silver, grey, light and dark blue, light and dark green, red, salmon, purple, gold, orange and brown; however, special designs and colours may be readily applied.
