Q: Do I need to measure my windows?
A: No, we offer a free home/office visit service during which we will measure all of the windows you require blinds for.
Q: Will you fit my new blinds for me?
A: Yes, all of our blinds include free fitting!
Q: Do you make blinds using customers own fabric?
A: No, all of the fabrics we use are specifically designed, coated and stiffened for use as blinds, so we will only manufacture goods using these fabrics to ensure all of our blinds meet our quality standards.
Q: Do you have a showroom?
A: Yes, we have a showroom conservatory at our Oakham factory premises. All customers are welcome to come and view our products and sample books, but we do advise that you telephone before travelling as we offer a free measure and installation service on our products and there are occasions when all staff are out of the office and the showroom is closed.
Q: I’ve damaged my blind, can you repair it for me?
A: Yes, we offer a full after sale service on all of our products and are able to provide supply spares. If you did not purchase the blind from us we may still be able to repair it for you.
Q: Can I replace the fabric on my existing blind?
A: Yes, we can supply new louvers for Vertical Blinds and recover existing Roller Blinds in a new fabric.
